Company Founder and Chairman Andy Juang launched Equus in 1989. Initially, the business was a local technology retailer, but Andy’s forward-thinking approach for new opportunities and trends allowed Equus to become a leading provider of integrated IT. In 2007, Andy sold the company to his employees. As the company grew and additional business units were created or acquired, under Andy’s leadership the organization evolved into the Equus Holdings and Corporate Services portfolio company.
As CEO of Equus Compute Solutions, Dave is responsible for growth, culture, and increasing shareholder value. He provides the vision and alignment for our purpose-built computing and storage solutions delivered with global high touch services. Dave previously spent 8 years with ECS, serving in multiple executive roles, most recently as SVP Sales & Marketing. He has a 30-year record of success as a high-tech entrepreneur and executive leader.
As VP and CTO, Lee is leading the Equus team of Subject Matter Experts in the areas of Management Software, Content/Object solutions, Data Protection and Disaster Recovery, and File based storage solutions. Lee previously was VP at Hitachi Data Systems and also held leadership positions at CNT/McDATA/Brocade working on Data Protection and Storage Networking solutions for enterprise customers.
As Vice President of Sales, Alan is responsible for leading Equus’ efforts in managing key accounts and driving revenue growth across the Solution Provider (Reseller), Strategic Accounts, and E-Commerce areas. Alan previously worked for Equus from 1993-2003 and recently rejoined after 13 years in the medical device field. Alan has over 23 years of experience managing key accounts and leading successful sales teams.
In his role as VP Applications and Product Management, Tim is responsible for creation and integration of new compute solutions architectures, platforms, service and support. He has held several executive leadership roles at Equus over the last 15 years, and implemented software systems and tools to automate and elevate the Equus customer experience. Tim has previously held Sales and Engineering roles at network attached storage startup Tricord Systems and imagesetter manufacturer Purup Eskofot.
In his role as Senior Director of Service and Support, Brandon is focused on delivering consistent quality services worldwide including customer technical support, warranty repair, on-site technical and professional services, and spare parts logistics. Prior to joining Equus, Brandon spent 13 years with Hitachi Data Systems focused on professional services and technical sales of enterprise hardware solutions.
