Company Founder and Chairman Andy Juang launched Equus in 1989. Initially, the business was a local technology retailer, but Andy’s forward-thinking approach for new opportunities and trends allowed Equus to become a leading provider of integrated IT. In 2007, Andy sold the company to his employees. As the company grew and additional business units were created or acquired, under Andy’s leadership the organization evolved into the Equus Holdings and Corporate Services portfolio company.
As the Operations lead, Bruce is responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics. He has over 30 years of Operations in Supply Chain, Hardware development, and General Management leadership roles in high-tech and robotics industries, successfully driving operation metrics with a strong focus on customer experience.
Jake Pomplun joined the Equus Holdings leadership team in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer. With over a decade of demonstrated success in executive marketing management, Jake is a revenue-focused marketing leader with expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, and various go-to-market strategies. He offers an accomplished history of strong and sustainable operational performance, solid leadership, financial results, and profitability in rapidly changing environments.
Theresa Thompson has over 20 years of global manufacturing and distribution experience in many industries including semi-conductor, high-tech manufacturing, and office products. As the Finance lead, she partners with business leaders to champion fact-based, data driven decision-making combined with creative problem solving and analysis.
In his role as VP Applications and Product Management, Tim is responsible for creation and integration of new compute solutions architectures, platforms, service and support. He has held several executive leadership roles at Equus over the last 15 years, and implemented software systems and tools to automate and elevate the Equus customer experience. Tim has previously held Sales and Engineering roles at network attached storage startup Tricord Systems and imagesetter manufacturer Purup Eskofot.
In his role as Vice President of Service and Support, Brandon is focused on delivering consistent quality services worldwide including customer technical support, warranty repair, on-site technical and professional services, and spare parts logistics. Prior to joining Equus, Brandon spent 13 years with Hitachi Data Systems focused on professional services and technical sales of enterprise hardware solutions.
