Equus Recycling Program.

Equus Computer Systems is the registered manufacturer of desktop PCs and computer displays marketed under brand names Nobilis, NobleView and Mirus. We encourage and support the responsible use and recycling of our products by all customers.
Consumer recycling services for PCs and displays vary from state to state and are governed by local regulations. If you are a resident of one the states listed below please see the information provided for specific instructions on where to recycle your Nobilis, NobleView or Mirus hardware.
If your state is not listed below please contact your local office of Environmental Protection for recycling services in your area.

California

The State of California has passed legislation instituting a mandatory State Environmental Fee be collected for certain electronic products sold into the state of California (excluding sales to resellers). This law, referred to as the Electronic Waste Recycling Act of 2003, requires manufacturers to collect a fee for these electronic devices sold into the State of California excluding sales to resellers.

This recovery is used to reimburse registered recyclers for the covered electronic devices that they recycle in the State. A list of registered recyclers is available at: https://www2.calrecycle.ca.gov/Electronics/cew/participantsDirectory

Illinois

Equus is a manufacturer registered with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The state has enacted an electronics recycling law that establishes a statewide system for recycling.

Indiana

Equus is a manufacturer registered with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management. The state has enacted an electronics recycling law that holds the manufacturer of video display devices (VDDs) responsible for arranging and recycling of VDDs they manufacture and sell to Indiana households.

Maine

Equus is a manufacturer registered with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. Beginning July 20, 2006, all waste computer monitors and televisions generated by households in Maine must be recycled.

Maine residents can contact their local municipality for information about how and where to recycle your computer monitors and television sets. Michigan

Equus Computer Systems is manufacturer registered with Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.

Equus has partnered with MRM, Electronic Manfacturers Recycling Management Company, to provide Michigan consumers free and convenient electronic recycling for Nobilis and Mirus branded PCs and displays that have reached the end of their useful lives.

Consumers can go to www.mrmrecycling.com and click on “Recycle Now” to find drop off locations near their location or request a pre-paid shipping label to return their device through UPS. Consumers can also contact MRM by phone by calling 1-888-769-0149 for general recycling information or leave a message if additional information is required.

Minnesota

Equus is a manufacturer registered with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. Minnesota residents can find information about consumer recycling services in their area by visiting:

New York

Equus sells less than the minimum amount of covered electronic devices in the state annually.

New Jersey

Equus sells less than the minimum amount of covered electronic devices in the state annually.

Oregon

Texas

Equus is a manufacturer registered with the Texas commission on Environmental Quality. Texas consumers can drop off Nobilis, NobleView and Mirus branded PCs and monitors for FREE RECYCLING during regular business hours at our office located at 1365 N. Glenville Drive, Richardson Texas 75801.

If you live outside the Dallas metro-area or this is not convenient for you, complete and submit this form and we will provide you with a PREPAID SHIPPING TICKET to send your hardware to us for recycling.
