Rick Green is the Chief Executive Officer of Equus Compute Solutions (ECS), where he leads the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence initiatives. He joined the Equus Holdings leadership team in 2017, bringing with him a proven track record of successfully leading multiple companies and co-founding a private equity firm. With deep expertise in leadership development, process improvement, and corporate growth, Rick has participated in more than 30 mergers and acquisitions throughout his career. Prior to joining Equus Holdings, he held key positions at McKinsey & Company, Emerson Electric, Nationwide Electric, and most recently Range Systems.
